I thought I would share with you the biggest reason why I believe people fail to make money online and continue to fail in their internet marketing businesses.
It is straight forward and simple. Plus I believe the majority of internet marketers are sat there staring at this failing to realise the one problem that they have.
This is something so simple and should be told to every internet marketer when they are starting out as I bet if we always shared this it would combat three years of trying to earn money online.
And it is this:
You need to focus 90% of your time on sales
Whether this is outsourced or done by you personally 90% of all time needs to be spent on things that generate sales.
I wonder how many people spend hours a week obsessing about their blog posts before they publish them, or networking on social media sites or even tweaking their product.
Concentrating on your sales funnel, checking your traffic statistics (and improving on them), buying paid traffic and such like WILL.
If you have a product out there that is not getting sales everyday then you simply need to spend more time on it.
You therefore need to look at your day to day activities and improve on it. Hire some outsourcers that just work on improving your sales and they will be worth a lot more than what you have paid for them
My “to do” list always is more heavily focused on things that will bring more sales my way and anything that doesn’t need my own personal touch such as following back new Twitter followers is outsourced.
It is just very important that this is part of your daily routine just like eating is or sleeping.
Just have a close look at your business model and see what you can do to make this happen. Alternatively put a weekly diary together of everything work related that you do to make sure that you are bringing as many sales in as possible and that your focus is on the correct area of your business.
