    I totally agree. Apart from all the SEO benefits, blogging is a great way to help you focus on your client and their needs. I wonder how much of the extra success of businesses with a good online presence is due to the synergy created between their service or product and their customer.

    When you are investing a certain portion of your business’s times or resources to thinking about your clients from their point of view, then it can only make the business a stronger entity built on good foundations.
